Greek Salad

¼ cup olive oil                                                             1 teaspoon vinegar

Fresh ground pepper to taste                                      ¼ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon oregano                                                   ½ cup Kalamata olives

1 cup Feta cheese                                                      ½ head lettuce

1 onion, shredded coarse                                           16 tomato wedges



In a bowl place olive oil, vinegar, pepper, salt, and the oregano and ¼ of the feta cheese, mashed with a fork. Blend ingredients together. Tear lettuce to bite size and add to mixture along with onion. Toss a few times and serve on a cold dinner plate. Garnish with tomatoes and olives and then crumble remaining Feta cheese over lettuce.
